By installing or using PhotoSweep ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please uninstall the app.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use PhotoSweep on Android devices you own or control. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app (except where allowed by law), resell or sublicense it, use it for unlawful purposes, or bypass technical limitations (e.g., the free-tier daily delete cap).
PhotoSweep offers one paid option: PhotoSweep Premium (Lifetime), a one-time purchase of $14.99 USD (or local equivalent) that unlocks premium features for the lifetime of the app on the Google account that purchased it.
PhotoSweep does NOT offer any recurring subscription. Your purchase is one-time. You will not be charged again.
Refunds are handled by Google Play. Refund requests within 48 hours of purchase can be made via Google Play: Play Store → Profile → Order history → Request refund. After 48 hours, refunds are at Google's discretion and are not guaranteed by us.
If you reinstall the app or sign in on a new device with the same Google account, tap "Restore Purchases" in the app's paywall or settings screen to restore your lifetime premium.
The free tier allows up to 50 deletions per 24-hour rolling window. Premium is required to delete more than 50 photos per day. The free tier is not advertised as "free forever" with unlimited usage.
Deleted photos are moved to your Android system trash (managed by the OS) before being permanently deleted. Android retains items in the system trash for 30 days by default. You can restore them from inside PhotoSweep's "Recently deleted" screen, from your phone's gallery app, or via the Files app, before they're permanently removed.
PhotoSweep is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app is uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will detect every duplicate, blurry photo, or similar image perfectly.
Important: although PhotoSweep moves deleted files to the system trash first, we strongly recommend you back up important photos to a separate location (cloud, computer, external drive) before performing bulk deletions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to PhotoSweep is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50 if you have not paid us anything. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the app or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to PhotoSweep if you breach these Terms. You may stop using PhotoSweep at any time by uninstalling.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the app after changes means acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
