MOSAICA Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the MOSAICA Android app. By using the app, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Eligibility and purpose
MOSAICA is for adults aged 18 or older and offers reflection and entertainment content. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Cards are not predictions, guarantees or factual instructions.
Licence and acceptable use
You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, disrupt or misuse the app, service or content except where law expressly permits it.
Free app and Memory purchases
The current daily card is free. Optional Memory access unlocks only cards opened on your device, the monthly mosaic and on-device monthly reflection. It does not unlock forecasts or future cards.
Monthly and annual plans renew automatically unless cancelled through Google Play before the next billing date. Lifetime is a single non-consumable purchase. The price, currency, taxes and billing period shown by Google Play at checkout control. Google Play handles payment, cancellation and eligible refund requests. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited.
Purchase access is validated through RevenueCat. Use Restore purchases with the same Google Play account to restore an eligible active entitlement.
Local memory and availability
Birth-chart data, opened cards and mosaics are stored locally and are not synced to an MOSAICA account. Clearing data, deleting all local data or uninstalling can permanently remove this memory even when a purchase remains restorable.
Onboarding chart calculation happens on your device and requires no network connection. Purchases and restoration require third-party network services (Google Play, RevenueCat). Features may be maintained, changed or discontinued where reasonably necessary. Uninterrupted or error-free availability is not promised.
Intellectual property
MOSAICA and its original content are protected by applicable law. The bundled city index derives from GeoNames under CC BY 4.0. Google Play, RevenueCat and linked websites apply their own terms.
Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, MOSAICA is provided “as is”. The developer is not responsible for decisions made by treating reflective content as professional advice or prediction. Nothing excludes liability that law does not allow to be excluded.
Privacy, changes and contact
Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy. Material changes will be dated and communicated where required. Romanian law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory rights in their country of residence.
