Write "Delete my data". You do not have to explain why, and we do not charge for it. We reply within 30 days, usually far sooner.
Nothing. Lowmark is built so that your weight, your measurements, your targets and every calculation made from them stay in a database on your own phone. This version of the app has no analytics, no crash reporting, no account, and no way to give us an email address. It does not send anything anywhere.
So if you write to us today, our answer will be that we hold no data about you — and we will confirm that to you in writing, which is itself a valid response to a deletion request under the GDPR.
If a future version of the app collects anything — see section 3.1 of our Privacy Policy — this page and that policy will be updated before it starts, and this address will erase it on request.
You do not need us for this, and you should not wait for us.
Uninstalling Lowmark removes its database with it. That erases every weigh-in, every measurement and every setting, immediately and permanently. We have no copy to restore.
If you want to keep your history first, use the app's export function to write it to a file you control before you uninstall.

Deletion is one of several rights you have under the GDPR. Access, rectification, restriction, objection and data portability are described in our Privacy Policy, and you can exercise any of them at the same address: privacy@actinfinity.app.
You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority. In Romania that is the Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal (ANSPDCP) — www.dataprotection.ro.
