The problem this app solves
Most apps in the reflection and wellness space are built like social feeds: an endless scroll of content designed to keep you looking. MOSAICA does the opposite on purpose. It gives you one card a day, computed from your own birth data and today's moon phase, and then it's done. There's nothing else to scroll.
How it works, step by step
1. Install and enter your birth data once
The first time you open the app, you enter your birth details. This is used once to compute your natal chart, and that calculation happens on your phone — it isn't sent anywhere to be processed.
2. Open it once a day
Each day, the app computes a new card from your natal Moon and the current moon phase. The card covers five life domains, with a plain-language line shown up front so you don't need to interpret symbols to get the point.
3. Read it, close the app
That's the whole interaction the app is built around. There's no feed underneath the card, no suggested content, and nothing to keep scrolling toward.
4. Try it before you install, if you want
MOSAICA also has a browser version you can try without installing anything, useful if you want to see a sample card first.
What's free and what isn't
The daily card is free, with no time limit — that's the core product and it doesn't move behind a paywall. There's a separate paid layer called Memory, which adds an archive of your past cards and a monthly mosaic: a visual grid showing one cell per day for the month. If you only want the daily card, you never need to touch the paid layer.
What it is / what it isn't
- It is a fixed set of written fragments assembled by a deterministic rule, not text generated fresh each time.
- It is computed on your phone — your chart, the moon phase, and the day's card are all calculated on-device.
- It isn't an account-first app — there's no sign-up wall before you see how it works.
- It isn't a feed — there's exactly one card per day, not an endless list of content.
Where your data lives
Your birth data stays on your phone. The app's own description states that the only network call it makes is the subscription check, when you open the paid screen. After your profile is set up, the daily card works without an internet connection.
Who this is for
If you like a small daily ritual — checking one thing in the morning and being done — rather than an app that wants your attention all day, this is built around that specific habit. If you're looking for a full astrology app with charts, transits, and detailed readings, MOSAICA is intentionally narrower than that: one card, once a day.
MOSAICA is on Google Play, and the daily card is free.
